Belmont has a selection of self-contained flats for 2 to 5 persons, some with
separate bedroom & 2 bedrooms are also available. Flats 1, 4, & 6
have Sea Views and flats 1, 2 & 3 are situated on the ground floor for

1 ,2 and 3 allow pets free of charge. Travel cots and high chairs are available
on request at booking, as these are provided free of charge they are limited.

we receive your balance payment you will be sent an email giving details
for your arrival. We have a key safe box where keys are placed and a code
given to guests to allow access to your flat at a time to suit you.
aim to have flats cleaned and made available from 12 noon and the key will
be placed in the key safe box to the right of the front door of the Belmont
ready for your estimated arrival time. Please note that during busy turn
over days we service flats in order of estimated arrival time and the default
time is 2 pm. If we have not had a confirmed time of arrival from you then
your flat will be ready no later than 2 pm.

us know as soon as possible
so that this can be pre-arranged. Staff
are on site between 10 am and 12 noon to service flats and assist arrivals
you arrive using our key safe method then a member of staff will check with
you that everything is okay after 10 am the day after your arrival. If you
are out then we will post a note to let you know we knocked, however, should
you wish to speak to a member of staff you can ring the bell in the main
hallway or attend the onsite office any day between 10 am and 12 noon. We
also provide an urgent/emergency contact number to ensure that your needs
are met or you can always leave a non-urgent telephone or email message
after staff have left and they will respond the following day.
note that z-beds and under-beds are in the same room as standard beds and
this will reduce the space available in the flat when they are being used.

note that although we cater for less abled guests, we are NOT adapted for
wheelchairs. There are some steps up to the building from the street, which
enables the Belmont to have sea views from the front garden and at ground
floor level. These steps are not high. We have a stair lift up to the first
floor although there are still a few stairs to negotiate to reach Flat 5
(4 stairs) and Flat 4 (7 stairs).

and we will let you know if we are able to accommodate your needs.

Belmont does not have its own designated parking; however, parking is free
and unrestricted at the front of the Belmont and all along the Esplanade.
is not permitted in the building; however, we do have a covered smoking
area in the rear garden.
note that only flats 1, 2 and 3 are pet friendly. Dogs are permitted in
these flats by prior arrangement only (free of charge) and are not allowed
into any other flat (even when just visiting).
have a laundry room on site which can be used by guests between 1 pm - 8
pm daily. If you wish to use it earlier than this then please ask a member
of staff. Washing detergent and softener are included in the wash cycle
so you will just need £1 coins to operate the machines. Current prices
will be displayed in the laundry room.
WiFi internet access is available on site - the code will be in the guest
information pack in your flat.
